Widener Magazine’s Special Campaign Issue

A special winter issue of the Widener Magazine is on the way to readers.  This 20-page issue covers Taking the Lead — The Campaign for Widener with stories focusing on Widener students, faculty, and alumni who exemplify the campaign’s four pillars:  academic excellence, civic engagement, global awareness, and leadership.

The center spread consists of an aerial photograph which details the growth on the Main Campus over the past decade (click on the image below to enlarge the photograph).  The picture was taken in early October — long before this winter’s snow and ice.
